The roll cutter Mod. " Wad " is a tool that allows you to cut film rolls for hot stamping with extreme precision.
It is suitable for cross cutting of hot stamping film rolls with a width of up to 800 mm.
The reel is inserted into a fixed shaft and is blocked from the inside by a mandrel equipped with spring clamps.
The machine is equipped with a precision sliding carriage on which a circular fixed blade is mounted.
The sliding of the trolley, which can be blocked, occurs through a system composed of a rail and recirculating ball bushes.
The roll cutter is equipped with a large diameter circular blade which allows excellent heat dissipation during the cutting phase.
A simple and fast device allows, with the aid of a millimeter rod, to cut to a precise or pre-set size.
An adjustable locking pin prevents damage to the blade at the end of the cut on the reel shaft.
