The new MGI-TAPE 60/90 digital die cutter, equipped with a continuous conveyor belt for cutting, differs from other die cutters in that it is equipped with a vacuum table and roll holder. It has a maximum cutting area of 600x900 mm, ideal for cutting DTF rolls, die cutting and packaging prototyping. Thanks to its mechanics, it cuts thicknesses up to a maximum of 1 mm. Equipped with 2 cutting heads, it handles blades, creasers and pens. It can cut, crease, half-cut or cut and crease simultaneously. The new cutting and creasing functions allow the plotter to meet the needs of paper converting. Precise pressure control allows you to perform through-cutting or half-cutting on different types of materials: vinyl films, paper, card, F-type corrugated cardboard, leather, Forex, Velcro, felt, glittery materials, reflective materials, fabrics, etc.                            With the registration mark reader, the plotter can cut sheets printed with any technology. Thanks to the large work surface, it is possible to place multiple sheets on the work area or rolls thanks to the support provided and read the registration marks automatically.

Thanks to the two independently controlled cutting heads, two tools can be used simultaneously at maximum pressure. The LCD display allows you to work very easily directly on the plotter. It allows you to: perform cutting tests, find the cutting position, resend cuts several times, correct X and Y margins, load cutting files directly from the Ethernet cable and start the suction pump. At the end of the cut, the cut product is advanced by the roller and taken to the collection tray.
The software provided allows you to manage cuts directly from your computer with the option of sending them via Ethernet cable and managing the cut directly from the plotter in a simple manner.
