PLOTTER MOD. MGI-ROLL MAX

The Roll-to-Roll digital plotter is an automated solution for cutting and finishing labels and self-adhesive materials on rolls, ideal for small and medium-sized runs.
“MGI-Roll Max handles reel unwinding, feeding, die-cutting, automatic removal of the waste matrix, longitudinal trimming and rewinding of the finished product in a single cycle, minimising operator intervention and subsequent processing steps.

The tension control system keeps the material stable throughout the entire process, whilst the reading camera enables register cutting by recognising ‘L’-shaped marks, register marks and QR codes, ensuring high precision even on pre-printed material.

The cutting unit achieves speeds of up to 1,200 mm/s, with repeatability of up to ±0.01 mm. The integrated trimming system produces finished reels with a minimum width of 10 mm and an accuracy of ±0.5 mm.
The 7-inch touchscreen allows for easy management of production parameters and quantities, whilst Wi-Fi, USB and Ethernet connections enable simple integration into the digital workflow. Processing takes place directly from files, without the need for dies, making the system particularly suitable for customised production and frequent job changes.
