The ‘MGI 60-PRO’ is a professional production die-cutter, ideal for producing labels and stickers on paper and vinyl,
including laminated and finished materials, and for creating packaging on cardstock, laminated and finished materials. It features a cutting tool and a creasing tool with an automatic creasing blade change system.

This compact plotter is equipped with a feeder and can automatically feed up to 1,000 sheets.
It can continuously cut sheets with labels of different shapes, thanks to the registration marks that automatically recall the cutting outline for each individual job.
Ideal for the automatic production of shaped stickers and labels for a wide range of applications.
It is equipped with an automatic alignment system that guarantees precise contour cutting.

Our die-cutter is equipped with a tangential roller creasing system, designed to ensure maximum precision and uniformity even in the most complex jobs. Thanks to the force of up to 3000 grams, the tangential roller ensures a clean, deep and consistent crease, reducing the risk of material breakage and improving the quality of the final fold.

The tangential movement allows the wheel to follow the path perfectly, even on curves and changes of direction,
offering a cleaner and more professional result compared to traditional systems.
This is ideal for processing cardstock, coated paper, laminated materials and thicker substrates,
increasing the machine’s versatility and reducing manual finishing times.

The software included allows you to manage cuts directly from your computer, featuring a plug-in for Corel Draw and the option to save to USB, managing the cut directly from the plotter in a simple and intuitive manner without
connecting to a computer. Main software functions: job size, preview window, multiple copies,
nesting of cuts, cutting conditions (tool, pressure, speed, offset), cutting by layer/colour.
