The MGI-R 33 die-cutting machine is ideal for making labels and stickers on paper and vinyl, laminated and ennobled and for packaging on cardboard, laminated and ennobled. It has a cutting tool and a creasing tool with an automatic creaser change system.
It is a very compact machine equipped with a loader, capable of automatically feeding up to 150 sheets. It can continuously cut sheets with labels of different shapes, thanks to the reading of the marks which automatically recalls the cutting contour of each individual job.

Equipped with 16 pinch rollers, 8 in entry and 8 out, it allows it to be extremely precise, furthermore thanks to the
suction system the machine holds the sheet well in place throughout the entire process.
It is equipped with an automatic alignment system that guarantees precise contour cutting. The software it is equipped with allows you to manage the cuts directly from your computer, also equipped with a plug-in with Corel Draw and with the possibility of saving on USB, managing the cut directly from the plotter in a simple and intuitive way without connecting to the computer.

Main functions of the Software: job size, preview window, multicopy, nesting of cuts, cutting conditions (tool, pressure, speed, offset), cutting by level/color.
The comprehensive software brings advanced vector features to desktops for all users even if they do not have specific programs, giving the ability to import various vector file extensions such as PDF, EPS, AI, etc. and graphics like BPM, JPG, GIF.
