HEAT PRESS MODEL MGI-FLEX 40×50 SIDE OPENING

Designed to offer maximum convenience and safety, this electric heat press with side opening is the ideal solution for professionals printing on fabric, promotional items and other materials. The spacious 40×50 cm heating plate, with its even heat distribution, ensures uniform and constant pressure across the entire working surface.

Thanks to the side-opening design, the operator can work more quickly and safely, avoiding accidental contact with hot parts. The removable platen makes it even easier to position the material to be printed precisely, improving ergonomics and reducing processing times.

The machine is also equipped with an advanced safety system: in the event of accidental contact with the plate during the closing phase (for example, by inserting a hand), the system detects the obstacle, immediately stops the descent and automatically returns the plate to the open position, ensuring maximum protection for the operator.

From an operational perspective, the heat press is equipped with 3 customisable programmes. Within each programme, two separate timers can be set, ideal for two-pass processing with different times, thus offering greater flexibility and precision in the printing processes.

Furthermore, the heat press is compatible with interchangeable plates of various sizes (optional), allowing the machine to be adapted to different types of processing and formats, according to production requirements.
