This CNC milling machine is designed for high-precision machining of large workpieces, thanks to a working area of
1500x2500x200 mm and a 3.5 kW spindle.
Movement along the XY axes is ensured by 20 mm linear guides and helical racks, whilst the Z axis is driven by a TBI recirculating ball screw, ensuring maximum stability and precision.
The multifunction workhead further expands the range of applications, integrating not only the milling cutter but also: an electric oscillating tool, a creasing unit, and a camera system for automatic registration mark recognition.
This configuration allows for complete machining operations on various materials, from milling to contour cutting and creasing, making the machine extremely versatile for a wide range of applications in the printing and packaging sectors.
The system is equipped with servo motors, automatic lubrication, and a vacuum table divided into 6 zones, supported by a powerful 7.5 kW vacuum pump.
The vacuum table and the work surface at 85 cm above the floor ensure ergonomics and optimal material clamping.
Machine control is simple and intuitive, thanks to the XDW system with integrated control unit, USB interface, 128 MB internal memory and compatibility with G-code, *uoo, *mmg and *plt formats.
A computer with multilingual VCarve software is also included, ideal for CAD/CAM machining.
With a travel speed of up to 50,000 mm/min and a maximum operating speed of 30,000 mm/min, the machine
ensures productivity and precision (±0.0254 mm).
