New fully automatic 2-head folding machine with mobile riveters. Thanks to its enlarged format, it can handle, in addition to the standard A4 portrait booklet, A4 landscape booklets with sheet lengths up to 640 mm. It was specifically designed to meet the requirements of a professional user and to provide years of continuous use.
It requires no special operating skills, as the controls for basic adjustments are easily accessible. The machine starts the stitching cycle automatically when the booklet is inserted. Equipped with a timer that regulates the production speed. The motor goes into stand-by mode if not in use for a period of time. Also equipped with stitch failure detector. It can produce up to 1500 booklets per hour with a 25-sheet (80gr/sqm) loading capacity.
