The milling machines mod. MGI-MILL , are PRODUCED IN ITALY and are designed for professional use also with customizations suitable for the customer, which allow processing on different materials. MGI-MILL are real work tools that perform these operations more precisely and more quickly, ensuring an increase in production and greater product quality.
They are robust machines with a painted metal supporting structure and profiled with aluminum parts.
They have the possibility of adjusting the speed both from the software and directly from the machine.
The structure with 3 aluminum axes follows the horizontal, vertical and depth movement (X,Z,Y) and with a linear recirculating system of 15mm (or larger) balls and related slides on the axes (movement in Y,Z), thanks to this control the movements of the axes are particularly soft even at high speeds so as not to stress the mechanical components.
Built with stepper motors, with minimum force 3Nm on the X and Y axes, and stepper motor, with minimum force 2.4Nm on the Z axis, they manage excellent control during processing.
Supplied with emergency and reset button located on the front of the structure, easy and intuitive, it facilitates the functions in daily work.
Equipped with a touch-screen monitor complete with PC with installed software to directly manage the milling machine. Equipped with USB ports and Ethernet port, it can be managed remotely with any PC.
The complete and simple Vcarve pro software allows you to carry out your work quickly and quickly.
They also have integrated management software for INDUSTRY 4.0.
