The "cutter 480 - manual" has a mighty metal frame.                                                                                                                      Cutting is done in manual mode; thanks to its hardened steel blade it is possible to cut reams of paper in a single action.          It is equipped with a flywheel press which clamps the paper difinitively and continuously over time.                                        The stop square is hand cranked. Base is included.
