The QUARZ model is a device designed for bending PMMA PVC, PS, PP, PC thermoplastic sheets with a thickness of 5 mm up to a maximum of 15 mm.

For thicknesses up to 5/6-7 mm heating occurs by radiation from one side only. However, for greater thicknesses up to a maximum of 15 mm the slab must be turned over several times.

The quartz armored tubular resistance is housed between two piece support profiles, with a symmetrical opening continuously adjustable from 6 to 60 mm, designed to determine a localized and uniform linear heating zone on the piece.
