The " Lem " banner welder is capable of hemming welding.
It can be used in a wide range of applications and is characterized above all by its intuitive operation.
Once fixed to the table, you can start welding immediately.
No preparation operations or post-welding with a manual tool are required.
It is therefore possible to quickly weld hems of advertising banners and covering tarpaulins from start to finish.
The available models are:

- MOD. LEM 40: CODE 500010
- Hemming guide:
With a single guide, three applications are possible; closed hemming (20/30/40mm), open hemming up to 100 mm and reinforced hemming.
- Table clamp:
The quick clamp closure allows you to attach the device quickly and effortlessly to any work table.
- Control panel:
The intuitive control unit ensures a stress-free welding experience. Temperature, speed and air flow can be easily adjusted. The integrated cool-down mode allows gentle cooling of the machine.
- Foot control:
The “Lem 20” welding machine can be operated comfortably via the foot control so that both hands remain free for handling the material.
- Pressure roller:
Thanks to the integrated weight, the pressure can be continuously adjusted.
The roller has a high pressure load with intelligent eccentric system. For specific applications, different rollers and nozzles of various widths are available.
