The MGI-MILL S milling cutters are designed for professional use, also with customisations adapted to the customer, allowing machining operations on different materials. MGI-MILLs are real working tools that perform these operations precisely and faster, guaranteeing increased production and higher product quality.
They are robust machines with a painted metal support structure.
This milling machine is equipped with a 3.2 KW water cooling spindle.
The structure with 3 axes, follows horizontal, vertical and depth (X,Z,Y) movement and thanks to the 15mm (or larger) linear recirculating ball system and its skids on the axes (movement in X,Y,Z) the control of the axis movements are particularly smooth even at high speeds so as not to stress the mechanical components.
Built with stepper motors, with a minimum force of 3Nm on X and Y axes, and stepper motor, with a minimum force of 2.4Nm on the Z axis, they manage excellent control during machining.
Equipped with a PC with proprietary software installed and Vcarve multi-language software to create files.
