The MGI 50-PRO is a professional production die cutter ideal for making labels and stickers on paper and vinyl, laminated and coated materials, and for creating packaging on cardboard, laminated and coated materials. It has a cutting tool and a creasing tool with an automatic creaser change system.
It is a compact plotter equipped with a feeder, capable of automatically feeding up to 1000 sheets.
It can continuously cut sheets with labels of different shapes, thanks to the reading of registration marks that automatically recall
the cutting outline of each individual job. Ideal for the automatic production of stickers and labels
shaped for multiple fields of application.
It is equipped with an automatic alignment system that guarantees precise cutting of the outline. 

Our die-cutting machine is equipped with a tangential wheel creasing system, designed to ensure maximum precision and uniformity even in the most complex processes. Thanks to the force that can be applied up to 3000 grams, the tangential wheel ensures a clean, deep, and consistent crease, reducing the risk of material breakage and improving the quality of the final fold.
The tangential movement allows the wheel to follow the path perfectly, even on curves and changes of direction,
offering a cleaner and more professional result than traditional systems.
This is ideal for processing cardboard, coated paper, laminated materials, and thicker substrates,
increasing the versatility of the machine and reducing manual finishing times.

The software provided allows you to manage cuts directly from your computer, which is also equipped with plug-ins for Corel Draw, and with the option of saving to USB, managing the cut
directly from the plotter in a simple and intuitive way without connecting to a computer. Main software functions:
job size, preview window, multi-copy, nesting of cuts, cutting conditions (tool, pressure,
speed, offset), cutting by layer/color.
